Designers

IFP is committed to supporting the development of First Nations fashion designers and their labels. This is achieved through our mentoring and business development programs and also the many promotional opportunities that we present.

IFP supports artists and designers at various stages of their development, from the very beginning of their journey in textiles through to growing an established fashion business.

We provide opportunities for growth through mentorships and business development support:

The IFP Pathways Program, in partnership with David Jones

Providing Best Practice resources for working in textiles and fashion

As well as opportunities for promotion, story telling and recognition:

Afterpay Australian Fashion Week, supported by David Jones

Country to Couture, supported by the Northern Territory Government and Country Road

National Indigenous Fashion Awards (NIFA), supported by the Northern Territory Government
