I attended my first Country to Couture in 2016, keenly following the show’s amazing development in showcasing Indigenous talent in Australia.
We became a partner of IFP1000 in 2021 recognising this as a tangible way of supporting First Nations fashion and textiles with IFP’s combination of showcasing talent and capability development projects. We are excited to be able to support IFP’s goal in bringing the value, diversity and integrity of Indigenous art and fashion to mainstream Australia and the world.

Country Road is proud to support Indigenous Fashion Projects. Events like Country to Couture and the National Indigenous Fashion Awards (NIFA) are becoming mainstays on the Australian fashion calendar.
They provide incredible opportunities to celebrate First Nations art and design talent and share important stories.
