IFP Programs

Indigenous Fashion Projects (IFP) supports artists, Art Centres, designers and many others who are working or seeking to work in textiles and fashion through a range of development programs.

IFP programs support artists, Art Centres, communities, youth, fashion labels and designers as well as a wide variety of fashion collaboration projects.

The support includes the tools, information, education and industry connections that can help them be successful. They also provide mentoring and work experience opportunities.

Two of the key IFP development projects are:

The IFP Pathways Program

Best Practice for Indigenous Fashion

A project to gain a more detailed understanding of how Indigenous artists and designers work in and with the textile and fashion industry and develop a toolkit of resources and education programs to promote and facilitate best practice. Learn more…
